AH12CD Left Hand Angled precast headwalls are two part precast concrete headwalls that allow water to discharge at a 45 Degree angle. This is the Environment Agency’s preferred method when discharging into a watercourse. The AH12C D Left Hand Angled headwall has a backwall height of 1300mm and is suitable for use with plastic, clay or concrete pipework up to 750mm. We can supply toe extension pieces in 3 depths up to 1000mm.

The AH12C D Left Hand Angled headwalls have horizontal wingwalls.

AH12C angled precast headwall units can be pre-fitted with a range of accessories such as Kee Klamp® handrails, gratings, flap valves, penstocks and other flow control devices. The AH12C D Left Hand Angled Headwall weighs 3145kg.

All sharp edges and burrs are to be removed. G. Remove all weld splatter. H. Holes by punching are permitted with reaming. I. Galvanising is carried out after fabrication to BS EN:ISO 1461

AlthonFabrication	A. Manufacture IAW EN 1090-2 EXC CLASS 1 B. Material grade is to be: BS EN 10025 S275 C. Welding carried out IAW EN 1090-2 PARA 7.5.4 - 7.5.18 D. All fillet and butt welds to have a minimum throat thickness of 6mm & joints to be fully welded where possible. E. Ensure vertical flats are fully welded both sides where possible. F. All sharp edges and burrs are to be removed. G. Remove all weld splatter. H. Holes by punching are permitted with reaming. I. Galvanising is carried out after fabrication to BS EN:ISO 1461
