Anglian Water Basin Inlet Headwalls are designed to discharge surface water into ponds, basins etc. the inlet headwalls have a built-in slope on the apron and the invert of the incoming pipe is set 150mm above the apron. Where the pipe internal diameter is in excess of 350mm a galvanised mild steel 'Sewers for Adoption' compliant outfall safety grille is factory fitted. Also available fitted with HDPE/SS316L Flap Valve where there's a risk of backing up, and if required a galvanised mild steel cranked grating can be provided to allow the flap valve to operate and still prevent unauthorised access.
